Responsibilities
  • Supporting our B2B customers in the field of e-commerce on e-commerce platforms and on the Internet (e.g., Allegro, Alza, eMAG, Empik, Google, social media);

  • Creating and implementing sales and marketing plans for customers in line with the company's strategy;

  •  Building positive relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction;

  •  Promoting products by creating content and positioning advertisements in the area of e-commerce and social media;

  •  Creating sales offers tailored to the needs of end customers;

  •  Analyzing data on sales results, campaigns, and marketing activities carried out through direct channels and e-commerce;

  •  Identifying and introducing new e-commerce tools and solutions;

  •  Cooperating in English with colleagues from the e-commerce and commercial marketing departments in the EMEA region;

  •  Providing marketing support for the sales team by developing, translating, and localizing marketing materials (POS, catalogs, planograms, etc.).


Expectations
  • Higher education (business, marketing, economics, or similar);
  • Two years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or working with online platforms!
  • Curiosity and openness to new technologies, including AI-based tools for content management, analytics, and campaigns;
  • Willingness to travel frequently for work;
  • Analytical thinking and ease in working with data (Excel, market analysis, etc.);
  • Very good knowledge of English (knowledge of Polish or another Central and Eastern European language would be an advantage);
  • Positive, proactive attitude – willingness to take initiative and achieve results in a changing environment;
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to collaborate across countries and departments;
  • Interest in DIY, tools, or consumer products would be an advantage but is not required.
